At Way of Woof, we craft every batch with care using human-grade, perishable ingredients. Because our products are fresh, small-batch superfood provisions, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products.

If Something's Not Right

We stand behind the quality of everything we create. Contact us at hello@wayofwoof.com within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your order is incorrect or incomplete (wrong product, missing items)
  • Your product arrives damaged or defective (broken seal, compromised packaging, quality concerns)

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on flavor preference or change of mind. We're happy to help you choose the right products before you order!

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the concern

Quality Promise

Every jar and pouch is inspected before it leaves our kitchen. If you receive a product that doesn't meet our standards, we'll take care of you.
