Our Promise
Every product is crafted by hand in small batches in Los Angeles.
Shipping Timeline
Processing Time: 2-4 business days
Orders placed before 12pm PST typically ship same day.
Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
Where We Ship
Currently shipping to all 50 U.S. states.
We're working on expanding to international destinations. Join our email list to be the first to know when we ship globally.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands. Track your package's journey from our kitchen to your door.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack every order with care, but sometimes things happen in transit.
Once your order has been handed to a carrier, Way of Woof is not responsible for:
- Packages lost or marked undeliverable by the carrier
- Packages delayed due to carrier error, weather, or other transit disruptions
- Packages damaged during transit
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address resulting from carrier error
- Theft of packages after carrier-confirmed delivery
Wrong address: We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check before placing your order. If you need to update your shipping address, email us immediately at hello@wayofwoof.com. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
What We Can't Ship
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for expedited shipping)
- APO/FPO addresses (coming soon)
- International addresses (not yet—stay tuned)
